A Commitment to Education and Community Support
The Kappa Foundation of Columbia, SC, was established on April 5, 2013. Dedicated to championing educational opportunities, the foundation provides scholarships and organizes an annual golf tournament to raise necessary funds. Through financial assistance and community engagement, the Kappa Foundation aims to make a positive impact on individuals and the local community.
The foundation’s mission focuses on supporting the educational needs of public-school students and college-bound youth, especially those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. By promoting activities and awarding scholarships, it enables the youth in the community to reach their full potential, becoming successful and productive citizens.
Additionally, the Kappa Foundation supports community-based organizations, programs, and activities designed to enhance the lives of needy individuals within the South Carolina Midlands region. Their dedicated efforts ensure that education and opportunity are accessible to all, fostering a brighter future for the community.
