Welcome to the official website of the Columbia (SC) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.

It is both an honor and a privilege to serve as Polemarch of one of the most distinguished and high-performing chapters within our great fraternity. Our chapter is comprised of more than 170 fully financial members—dynamic, accomplished men who are committed to leadership, service, and the continued pursuit of achievement in every field of human endeavor.

The Columbia (SC) Alumni Chapter stands as a model of sustained excellence. We are proud to have been recognized as the J. Michael Graves Chapter of the Year Award recipient for three consecutive years within the Kappa Alpha Psi Southeastern Province. Our chapter earned this distinction twice in the Large Chapter category and most recently made history as the inaugural recipient in the Extra-Large Chapter category at the 100th Centennial Province Council Meeting held in Greenville on March 28, 2026. These honors reflect our unwavering commitment to excellence, innovation, and impactful service.

A defining pillar of our mission is “Training Future Leaders”—a responsibility we embrace with intention and pride. The Columbia (SC) Alumni Chapter is honored to provide guidance, mentorship, and developmental support to four undergraduate chapters: the Beta Rho Chapter at Allen University, the Gamma Mu Chapter at Benedict College, the Zeta Epsilon Chapter at University of South Carolina, and the Xi Pi Chapter at Newberry College. Through these partnerships, we actively invest in the growth, leadership development, and future success of the next generation of Kappa men.
